We’ll be mixing Southern inspired classics with some traditional Trini flavors. Using top-shelf spirits and organic mixers. Not feeling boozy? No worries! We’ll have a full menu of delicious mocktails to offer, too.

    Cajun shrimp nestled in crispy sweet plantain cups with fresh herbs and lime crema
